Materials R&D
16,000+ proprietary photopolymer recipes. Bio-based elastomers hold USDA bio-based certification — performance matching or beating global peers.
PollyPolymer follows a liquid photosensitive resin path: forming through polymerization. It is a different route from pellet extrusion or powder sintering.
HALS is PollyPolymer’s ultrafast polymerization forming technology, developed from the material forming mechanism. Precise control of the polymerization reaction in liquid photosensitive resin enables efficient forming and volume production of high-performance elastomers.
